\nresearch, human rights documentation and reporting, healthcare, education, and humanitarian
\nprograms for displaced persons from Myanmar.<\/p>\n
About the Role:<\/p>\n
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate finance reports, and supporting the organization with financial planning.<\/p>\n
Job description:<\/p>\n
\u25cf Support project team with finance budgeting and monitoring (tracking expenses, monitoring overspending, finding cost savings).
\n\u25cf Preparing accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, year-end).
\n\u25cf Monitor process invoices and payments
\n\u25cf Assist with donor fund requests
\n\u25cf Allocate expenditures to correct budget codes
\n\u25cf Support management team with expenditure control
\n\u25cf Complete any other tasks assigned by the team
\n\u25cf Will be able to work under pressure<\/p>\n
Qualification & Skills<\/p>\n
\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\n\u25cf Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
\n\u25cf Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
\n\u25cf Experience with any accounting software (preferred).
\n\u25cf Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\u25cf Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate initiative.
\n\u25cf Fluency in Chin and Burmese, with intermediate English
\n\u25cf Experience working in a non-governmental organization (NGO) is a plus.<\/p>\n
